A self-proclaimed lover of “la dolce vita,” Marlies enjoys the finer things in life, especially when they come in the form of delicious food and drink. In addition to her culinary passions, Marlies also crafts artisanal soaps, blending her love for nature and creativity into beautifully scented, handmade pieces.

Born in the heart of Kurdistan, Gende was raised in a vibrant culture where food transcends mere sustenance. In her world, every meal is a celebration of family, community and deep connections. She’s a certified coffee aficionado, always on the hunt for the perfect brew, and has an undeniable weakness for exquisitely crafted cocktails. For Gende, sharing good food isn’t just about the flavors, it’s about sharing tradition and creating memories. This passion is at the heart of everything she brings to our site.
